Mango Panna Cotta 芒果奶酪

Its heavenly to have some cold Mango desserts to cool you down during these hot seasons








Ingredients
A
600 ml milk
80g whipping cream

60g sugar

B
15g gelatine

50ml water
200 g mango puree ( you can replace this with durian puree)


Method
Add gelatine to water
Cook ingredients (A) until sugar dissolves.
Add gelatine solution and stir until gelatine dissolves.

Add mango puree and mix well. Strain.
Spoon into pudding cups. Set aside and let cool.

Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve chilled.
